The Weight Room is for all members and includes the following equipment:

  • Functional Trainer
  • Plate loaded machines: leg extension/hamstring curl, hack squat, and unilateral leg press.

  • 2 full sets of dumbbells ranging from 3 lbs to 80 lbs.

The Rig Room is for all members. The space is large enough for those wanting to do crossfit style or group workouts. It includes the following equipment:

  • 4 squat station, monkey bar rig

  • 50 ft sled/turf run
  • Deadlift platform, Standalone squat cage, Reverse Hyper

Boxing Room

Boxing Room

This room is open to all members with the exception of posted class times. This space is a large open space for those who want to practice ground work on the matted floor or work with a partner. The space is also more secluded and could be used for yoga or stretching as well.

It includes the following equipment:

  • 90 lb heavy bag
  • 120 lb heavy bag
  • Speed rope
  • Battle rope
  • Muay Thai Bag
  • BOB (Body Opponent Bag)
